I need a spare part for a lamp or assistance, how does it work?

  2. Our team will respond to you within a few business days requesting a photo of the silver label of the product. The silver label of the product is necessary to identify the production batch and allow us to provide the appropriate assistance.
  3. If it is a breakdown, a custom order will be created for you to purchase the necessary spare parts. In case of assistance, we will investigate the problem with our technicians.

What happens if the spare part is not available?

Unfortunately, for some out of stock items it is not possible to purchase spare parts. Our team will offer you valid alternatives to replace your product or, based on feasibility, repair the products made by our technicians.

The product no longer works but is out of warranty, what can I do?

Our support team will evaluate your problem together with specialized technicians who will assess the feasibility of a repair intervention. You will have to send the product being serviced to our laboratories and after the technicians' evaluation, we will be able to offer you a quote for the repair. Once you accept the quote, our technicians will carry out the repair and we will send your new product directly to your home.

Once the product is repaired, does it have the manufacturer's warranty again?

No, the warranty is not renewed on repaired products. The assistance and repair service is aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and extending the life cycle of the product with a view to reducing waste and excessive consumerism. Since it is a restored product, it does not have a new warranty.

My product is still under warranty, how can I get support?

For products still under warranty, you can contact the after-sales service of the manufacturer FAN EUROPE LIGHTING directly. Attention! Accidental or malicious breakage of parts or pieces of the product does not constitute an object of warranty.
