Access to and use of wwww.gruppo-ft.com are activities regulated by these General Conditions of Use. Access to this site and its use, as well as the purchase of the products presented therein, presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use.

These General Conditions govern the use of the Site and the distance selling of the Products published therein. The Company provides customers with a digital platform that allows them to search, select and purchase items electronically. The Purchaser may: a) search and select the Design Objects he intends to purchase, adding them to the virtual cartel; b) proceed to checkout, pay for the Product in the manner described in the Contract by completing the purchase order. A section dedicated to frequently asked questions has been published on the site to help buyers find their way around the use of the Platform and Services.

The Manager may modify or simply update these General Conditions of Use, in whole or in part. Changes and updates to the General Conditions of Use will be notified to users on the Home page as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the website in this same section. Access to and use of the site presupposes acceptance by the user of these conditions of use.

The Site may contain back links and hypertext links that refer to third-party websites. The Client is aware of and assumes all risk deriving from the use of links which could redirect him to external sites over which the Manager has no control. The latter declines any responsibility regarding the accuracy and type of content on these websites.
