FT Group accepts payment from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal. In addition, you can pay in convenient installments with the Klarna or HeyLight service.
Klarna supports 3 or 4 installments for an amount up to €1,500.00. Do you need a longer installment or for a higher amount? HeyLight allows you to request an installment plan of up to 24 months for amounts up to €5,000.00. More information on the providers' website.
In addition, you can choose bank transfer at checkout (select the bank deposit option). Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped only after the funds have been transferred. If the funds have not been transferred within 5 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled. Attention: until the actual payment, the items are not considered reserved and you are always vulnerable to the risk of stock shortage.
For all orders, a non-fiscal receipt (receipt) is issued as proof of purchase. In case you need an invoice for your purchase, enter your tax code or VAT number in the specific optional field at checkout. Please do not enter your tax code or VAT number in fields other than the one indicated (e.g. notes) as receipt will not be guaranteed. You can then request your invoice at any time by sending an email to info@gruppoft.eu. In case you forgot to enter your billing information during the purchase, contact us as soon as possible to request the invoice. We remind you that the invoice can no longer be issued once the order has been processed, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as you place your order.
For orders placed outside of Italy, it will not be possible to issue an invoice following the order for tax reasons. If you need an invoice in the name of a company, please contact us at info@gruppoft.eu before making the purchase.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible: any order placed before 11:00 am will be processed the same day.
During holidays and the days before holidays, orders will be processed on the next available working day. If the order was placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
To track your package, please refer to the shipping confirmation email where you will find the tracking number. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the Courier's website. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact customer service at assistance@gruppoft.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Our shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
For all orders over €149 you can take advantage of free delivery. You will not have to enter any code, the cost of delivery will be automatically deducted during checkout.
If you need to return a product, contact us at info@gruppoft.eu providing your order number, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. We will provide you with the shipping label whose cost will be deducted from the refund. Once we receive the product, allow us up to 5 working days to carry out quality control and issue the refund, we will verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to process the refund as soon as possible. In case of exchange, contact info@gruppoft.eu , we will collect the product (the return will be at your expense) and based on availability we will replace the product. Make sure that the items are returned in new condition, unused, with the original labels and in the packaging received on delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on gruppo-ft.com. We will do our best to find the best solution so that you do not have to return the product. Our customer service will be happy to help you in the best way possible. Otherwise, if you still want to return it even after contacting our customer service, continue to follow the next steps.
The responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
Gruppo FT will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policies. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on gruppo-ft.com. You will receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.
Refund times may vary depending on the different payment methods. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product(s) you are returning. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the product is returned because it is defective or damaged, the refund will be full. Otherwise, the refund will be net of the initial shipping costs (those incurred during the order).
Gruppo FT ships all over Europe. We do not yet offer shipments outside the European Union.
