Orders are entrusted to the courier within 24 working hours. For national orders, an express courier is expected to deliver, which takes 24/48 hours. For orders outside of Italy, delivery can take up to 5-7 working days. Particularly large orders are an exception.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Once we receive the product, please allow up to 5 business days to perform quality control and issue a refund. Some countries are exempt.
To report a damage, contact us within 10 days of the order delivery date, sending photos of the damage, our team will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
